Safeguarding and Pupil Welfare
The Robinsfield George Eliot Federation is committed to ensuring all our pupils feel safe and to providing a secure school environment for learners, staff, parents/carers and visitors.
The safety of our pupils is our number one priority and the school swiftly takes action if disclosures are made or they have concerns about harm. Children understand the importance of talking to an adult if they are sad, worried or frightened. This is part of our pupil code of conduct and means that pupils are comfortable talking to adults about things that they are worried about.
Staff and governors receive regular safeguarding training on statutory guidance and the federation adapts policies to reflect this. You can find a copy of our Safeguarding Policy and other policies that help to safeguard children by clicking this link: Policies
